Disclosure Statement

Cricket Debt Counseling will waive its fee if you are being represented pro bono. If you pay the fee before you are represented by an attorney, and then you retain an attorney who represents you pro bono, you may request a refund of your fee from Cricket Debt Counseling.

Cricket Debt Counseling will evaluate your household size and household income to determine if you are eligible for a fee waiver. If you are determined to be eligible for a fee waiver, you will be required to provide proof of your household size and supporting documentation such as income tax returns or W2’s, your three most recent pay stubs, your unemployment certificate, a statement of benefits obtained from the government or Social Security Administration, or a leave and earnings statement from the military.
